Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via U.S. 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Shipping is a $6 flat rate for all orders, regardless of size. All orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. At this time we do not offer next day delivery through the website, but please call our store directly at (970)682-2689, to place a special order.

INVENTORY:

Colorado Vapors does its best to ensure the inventory is accurate and up-to-date.  However, if an item is out of stock or on backorder, and the website does not reflect this, the rest of the order will ship as scheduled. You will be notified via email that the item is out-of-stock. You have the option of cancelling, substituting or waiting for the item to become available again. We will ship the backordered item at our expense when it arrives.

RETURNS:

We accept returns on all, un-opened and un-used items for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery*. Items must be in brand-new, re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected. Refunds will only be credited back to the original form of payment.

* Due to FDA quality regulations and cGMP processes, we are unable to take back any e-liquid, even if un-opened.

WARRANTY:

Colorado Vapors warrants all items against DOA (Dead on arrival) for a period of 7 days from the time of delivery.  Please inspect your merchandise carefully for any damages or defects that may have arisen during delivery. Contact us at customerservice@coloradovapors.com to make a warranty claim as soon as you spot any damage.
